Pause/Resume Current Testcase with Hotkey

Actual there is no way to pause a Testcase , only to Abort the current Testcase or the whole Solution.

We need this feature , because we use Ranorex as semi automatic Hardware testenviroment and we want to allow the users to pause a test, fix the hardware and then resume the current testcase.

Thank you for input. We are currently in the middle of developing this feature. There will be a hotkey for pausing and resuming the test execution of a test run. We need your help in evaluating and beta testing it, though. If you are interested in helping us by getting early access to this feature and by providing us feedback, please reach out to us using pm@ranorex.com.

Best Regards,
The Ranorex Product Management Team

But the thing is that you cannot use any hot keys for pausing the execution even in Debug mode. So we need the hotkeys to be working. (by default, Visual Studio is using Ctrl+Alt+B but it is not working while the test suite is running)

    Completely necessary

I contacted Support with the same request. Apparently if you run tests in Debug mode there is a pause option.

It would be helpful to have that pause option available even when not in Debug mode, however. Unless you run in debug there's no way to know pausing is possible.
